Photos help the Alum Rock booking

A photo of the damaged tyre, taken from somewhere safe, saves a wrong conversation. So does a photo of the sidewall code. Send them with the Alum Rock enquiry or describe them on the call. We still confirm the price for B8 before tools come out. The photo is a head start, not a quote by itself.

Spare wheels and Alum Rock

A space-saver spare is a temporary, speed-limited wheel, not a repaired tyre. If you have already fitted one in Alum Rock, we can still come and fit a proper tyre. If you have no spare and the tyre is off the bead, do not try to drive across B8. Wait where the car is safe.

Night calls from Alum Rock

The phone is answered all night, including bank holidays. A 2am call from Alum Rock is answered on 020 8088 3978. That does not mean a short wait. Lighting, a safe place to stand, and the drive into B8 are discussed first. If the wait does not help, we will say so.

Booking Alum Rock

Match-day closures around B8 belong in the first phone call. The load index on a B8 van tyre is read before stock is chosen. A photo of the B8 damage should be taken only from a safe place. What3words plus B8 is better than a district name on its own.

The number for a B8 visit is 020 8088 3978. You get the price before anyone travels.
