Can every flat tyre in E14 be repaired on the street?

No. A repair in E14 is only suitable when the damage is in the central tread and the tyre can come off the wheel for an internal patch. Sidewall cuts in Canary Wharf are replacements.

Does E14 mean you will arrive in a fixed number of minutes?

No. Traffic in east London, and how far the technician has to travel, set the time for E14. We tell you that time before you accept it.

What should I say when I call from E14?

Say the street in Canary Wharf, the code E14, what the tyre looks like, and whether you have the locking wheel nut key. A photo helps if you can take one safely.
