Can every flat tyre in B15 be repaired on the street?

No. A repair in B15 is only suitable when the damage is in the central tread and the tyre can come off the wheel for an internal patch. Sidewall cuts in Edgbaston are replacements.

Does B15 mean you will arrive in a fixed number of minutes?

No. Traffic in Birmingham, and how far the technician has to travel, set the time for B15. We tell you that time before you accept it.

What should I say when I call from B15?
