Does SE5 mean you will arrive in a fixed number of minutes?

No. Traffic in south-east London, and how far the technician has to travel, set the time for SE5. We tell you that time before you accept it.

What should I say when I call from SE5?

Say the street in Kimpton, the code SE5, what the tyre looks like, and whether you have the locking wheel nut key. A photo helps if you can take one safely.

Can every flat tyre in SE5 be repaired on the street?

No. A repair in SE5 is only suitable when the damage is in the central tread and the tyre can come off the wheel for an internal patch. Sidewall cuts in Kimpton are replacements.

If you can see the damage from a safe place, describe it. SE5 only tells us where to drive. The tyre decides the repair.
