Can every flat tyre in B13 be repaired on the street?

No. A repair in B13 is only suitable when the damage is in the central tread and the tyre can come off the wheel for an internal patch. Sidewall cuts in Moseley are replacements.

Does B13 mean you will arrive in a fixed number of minutes?

No. Traffic in Birmingham, and how far the technician has to travel, set the time for B13. We tell you that time before you accept it.

What should I say when I call from B13?

Say the street in Moseley, the code B13, what the tyre looks like, and whether you have the locking wheel nut key. A photo helps if you can take one safely.

Legal tread is separate from the puncture

UK tyres need at least 1.6 mm of tread across the central three-quarters of the width, all the way round. Patching a bald tyre in Moseley does not make it legal. If the tread on the B13 car is already on the wear bars, expect a replacement quote, not a repair quote.

Booking Moseley

A B13 driveway is a better workshop than a red route. Run-flats driven flat in Moseley are often finished as new tyres. Bank holidays do not close the phone line for B13. If Moseley is beside a motorway, the services or a side street is the meeting point.
