Does W9 mean you will arrive in a fixed number of minutes?

No. Traffic in west London, and how far the technician has to travel, set the time for W9. We tell you that time before you accept it.

What should I say when I call from W9?

Say the street in Warwick Avenue, the code W9, what the tyre looks like, and whether you have the locking wheel nut key. A photo helps if you can take one safely.

Can every flat tyre in W9 be repaired on the street?

No. A repair in W9 is only suitable when the damage is in the central tread and the tyre can come off the wheel for an internal patch. Sidewall cuts in Warwick Avenue are replacements.
