Can every flat tyre in AL4 be repaired on the street?

No. A repair in AL4 is only suitable when the damage is in the central tread and the tyre can come off the wheel for an internal patch. Sidewall cuts in Wheathampstead are replacements.

Does AL4 mean you will arrive in a fixed number of minutes?

No. Traffic in St Albans, and how far the technician has to travel, set the time for AL4. We tell you that time before you accept it.

What should I say when I call from AL4?

Say the street in Wheathampstead, the code AL4, what the tyre looks like, and whether you have the locking wheel nut key. A photo helps if you can take one safely.
