Portsmouth is an island city with a small number of roads in. A delay on those roads is the arrival time. Seafront parking is often the wrong workshop.
Island roads and naval gates
If the car is inside a base or a dock we cannot enter, pick a bay outside. Southsea's seafront is often restricted. A residential street in the city is usually better. Give the PO code. Gosport and the mainland towns are not the same queue as the island.
