The inside of the tyre

The finished repair for a puncture in Wormwood Scrubs is a patch from the inside, after the tyre is off the rim, in the manner of BS AU 159. A rope plug pushed in from the outside is not that repair. We will not describe it as one. If W12 is a roadside spot, we still need enough room to take the wheel off.

One axle, not one corner

If the other tyre on the same axle in Wormwood Scrubs is much more worn, a single new tyre can upset braking in the wet. We will say so before you pay. The speed and load codes on the sidewall have to match what the car was given. W12 does not change the axle. It only changes the drive.
